Life after a Disney Cruise

I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "I need a vacation from my vacation?" Well it is true! Actually the cruise was very relaxing and since my house is on the market and I left it in tip-top shape, it wasn't a horrible transition. But there was no food in the house so we had to do the quick trip to the grocery store and then schedule times to pick up the two pets. Jake, the kitty, was staying with my friend/realtor and Ripley, the pug, was staying with the girls Grandma and Grandpa the first part of the week and their cousins the second part of the week. It seemed like the first three days back we were on the go constantly, trying to get everything back to "normal."
Sammy was pulling Izzie, Sabrina and Maddie. We went over there to spend some time and to pick up Ripley. It was very hard to extract the cousins from each other. It'll be one of the hardest parts about leaving Texas.

The next day when we finally had nothing that had to get done, it all of sudden felt sort of boring. Where was Mickey to wave to? We had to create our own fun. Side walk chalk was the weapon of choice! Maddie studying her art.

Izzie created this elaborate bug house. She drew tons of rooms for the bugs. Just as we were going inside this strange little beetle walked into her drawing. She was so excited that he moved in just as she was done!
