The no-no

This morning as I was making some eggs for the girls, they were playing. At first they were in the kitchen with me for all of two minutes. Of course in those two minutes all of the tupperware ended up on the floor, but that is life. Anway, they both wandered off to the living room. There was an empty coke can on the coffee table in reach. I had forgotten that I had left it there. Anyway, the girls got pretty quiet. Then I heard the crunching of the can and a few giggles. I tiptoed over to the living room and peered over the back of the couch. Izzie was holding the coke can and both girls were giggling and so excited, like they had found a $20 dollar bill laying on the sidewalk. They both were being very quiet because they knew that it was a no-no. I said, "Izzie that's a no-no, bring me the can." This of course startled them because they were in their own little world. As soon as I finished my sentence, Izzie thrust the can in Maddie's hands and looked at me like she was a perfect little innocent angel not doing anything wrong. Maddie gave me a big grin and handed me the can.
