Today was Dana's shower in Muenster, Texas where she lives. Her friends Deanne and Stacy threw it along with Charlotte and her sister-in-law Tina. She had a great turn out and got a ton of wonderful gifts. The food was excellent, we had a brunch. I was talking to a friend of Dana's, Erin, who I went to college with. She was really good friends with one of my roommates junior year. I recognized her, but it took me a long time to place her. When we figured out how we knew each other we had a lot of fun reminiscing about college!

After the shower, we headed over to Dana's house to see the nursery. Why did I forget to take pictures?! Another day, I'll have to remember. Her nursery is set up to be a jungle theme and it is adorable. We didn't get to visit long, because Grandma was anxious to get back on the road. We got back to Jackie and Tom's house and just had a relaxing afternoon. John joined us with the girls when they got up from nap. Tom made some excellent ribs on the bar-b-q. Now, I'm tired. I didn't quite make it to the gym like I had planned. It was a full day, and there was a threat of falling asleep on the treadmill, which is a safety hazard. So, you see... for my own good, I had to skip the gym tonight.
